Instead of making useless inflamatory statements, why not do something
useful, like Paul Serano once did, and find a real ghetto minority
school, maybe like PS 306 in Brooklyn, or Thomas Jefferson HS, and make
an effort to conjure up some budding paleontologists.  I would be really
impressed, and so would others.

And stick with it for a few decades, through the gun fights and random
violence, and endless funerals, until maybe you can get just a few
American Black male paleontologists.
