The ISPN is about to hold elections; in that context I was informed that the 
publication of Phylonyms and the simultaneous implementation of the PhyloCode 
(the currently secret version 6) was expected for the second quarter of 2020. 
Maybe that's going to be the print date, and the e-book will be available in 
advance?
