Re: [dinosaur] Jensen's giant Dry Mesa sauropods in Reader's Digest

I have just been reliably informed by Ralph Molnar that the article was in the June issue on pages 51–56. The cover of that month's issue confirms this.

It turns out that Jensen mis-stated not only the month, but also the title, which should read: Supersaurus, the biggest brute ever.

Don Glut, in the Supersaurus entry for Dinosaurs: The Encyclopedia (1997: p. 868), states that the name "Supersaurus" was first mentioned in the August 1973 issue of Reader's Digest, in an article by J. George. Unfortunately, Glut does not state the page range.
