RE: Do JVP papers even have page numbers any more?
Wow... I had assumed that any papers lacking page numbers
were early electronic releases or something.
Hopefully just a hiccup in the creeping electronic publishing
"revolution".

That is incorrect. Check issues from last year. There are no page numbers
anymore for JVP.
This has been a concern to members of the Society, and we have brought it to
the attention of the SVP committees.
