Don't rely so much on the numerical age (note: you didn't include any +/- data, and yet EVERY geological numerical date has uncertainty). The most recent information I can find is that there is good stratigraphic evidence that it **predates** the Chicxulub impact but only by a few thousands of years:

I would like to ask if there is any plan to learn more about the Boltysh impact structure in Ukraine? Given its age (about 65.2 m.y.) this could be the only crater (so far) that might be synchronous with Chicxulub crater, although it is probably somewhat younger.
