Maybe he never re-materialized from all that dematerialization stuff theydid to 
him in "Dinosaur Revolution" and you are picking up his call from across the 
inter-spatial barrier . . . ?

But back to the topic at hand - if this guy was feathered, and its arms were as 
heavily feathered as the drawing that was sent to me, I would hope that in a 
beast this size they'd not be quite so long.  Almost looks like it would get in 
the way.  Not to mention crushing my dreams of a big nasty carnivore since I 
first saw the arms in that issue of Nat. Geo yrs ago.
