Is it even theoretically possible that half-digested carrion beetles, or some
other trace of 'pre-mortem' insect activity, could be preserved in the gut?
Given assumed powerful stomach acids?
Granted, that only prove one case of scavenging, and would hardly be a
revelation, but still I wonder.
