how complete is this skeleton? Does anyone know when it was obtained?

Good news. 

A Dallas Texas district court has issued a temporary restraining order 
prohibiting Heritage Auctions sale of the Tarbosaurus bataar skeleton 
scheduled for Sunday.  Details can be read at the update on Brian 
Switek's Laelaps blog http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/laelaps 

This is not the end of the battle.  Sign the petition if you haven't 
already done so at 
http://www.change.org/petitions/heritage-auctions-stop-the-auction-of-illegally-collected-mongolian-dinosaur-fossils.

Keep the pressure on. Spread the word  to friends, colleagues, and the 
press.
