Cretaceous forests mapped...thanks and a suggestion

My thanks to all of those kind people who responded with the pdf file.

I was also reminded by one kind member...first search for the paper or try
to contact the author, before asking the whole list for assistance.

I recently did try to contact an author, and got the paper requested, and a
whole swarm of related papers I had not even known existed.  Jackpot! :)

This is good advice, and I shall do so in the future. This will, as stated,
cut down on useless traffic here.

It is great to have such generous list members, however :)
