Spinosaurs Worldwide

With ALL the recent spinosaur discoveries, re-examinations, and namings, 
are there ANY spinosaurs OR definitive material that has been assigned 
to the spinosaurids, found in North America?

There is a record of an ungual phalanx from the Upper Jurassic of 
Colorado which is referred to as spinosaurid, but it could also be more 
megalosauroid, possibly from Torvosaurus.
