RE: Prehistoric New York on Discovery
I saw it, it was a little ill-edited I thought, kept flipping back and forth
through various time periods, which I thought was a little confusing to those
who might not have a handy geological time scale. It is interesting in terms
of its geology; better there, I thought than its paleontology, although the
scientists who take part did a good job all around, geologists or
paleontologists. Jane Davidson

Did anyone catch it? I saw very little press for this ahead of time, and
missed it.
This is actually the first in a series (the rest of which will be on next
year), focusing on different US cities in the past.
