Polish Devonian tetrapodomorphs
A preliminary report has just appeared (in Polish):
http://www.pgi.gov.pl/images/stories/przeglad/pg_2008_11_17.pdf
* Płucki site near Łagów of Frasnian/Famennian age (which is rich in
placoderm material - popular paper, in Polish too, by Piotr Szrek in here:
http://www.paleo.pan.pl/ewolucja/Ewolucja3.pdf) yielded remains of a big
advanced tetrapodomorph represented by fragmentary: shoulder girdle
elements, two skulls, and some other bones.
* Zachełmie near Zagnańsk of Middle(!) Devonian age yielded tetrapodomorph
tracks.
A scientific project was started to explore those and some other sites in a
context of tetrapodomorph material.
