Nanotyrannus papers

Dear list,

I'm looking for papers (or presentations) on Nanotyrannus lancensis
(juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex) at the Tyrannosaur Symposium 2007 hosted
by the Burpee Museum of Natural History.
In specific I would be interested in the proceedings of:

1. Peter Larson: "A case for Nanotyrannus"
2. Michael Henderson: "Nano No More: The Death of the Pygmy Tyrant"
3. Tyler Keillor: "Jane, in the flesh: the state of
life-reconstruction in paleoart"

I'm not sure if proceedings were available somehow (at least there is
no indication on the symposiums webpage), however, it would be great
if somebody may help out.

Alternatively, are there any other detailed reports on the "Jane" specimen ?
