No. Any of his work not copyrighted by others is  still copyrighted by the 
estate until 2023 when it would go into public domain.  Of course, Disney could 
get involved through Congress again in order to protect  Mickey Mouse and the 
rest of the stuff in the money bin and and add a couple of  more decades of 
copyright. DV
