At the risk of encouraging another Latin grammar thread; what would be the more correct plural of platypus? Platypi? Platypodes?

"Platypodes" would be the plural in both Greek and Latin. For English, I'd go with "platypods" or "platypuses", or just use "platypus" as the plural.
