Chinese to English translation of character list in Xu et al. (2000)

Sorry to be so needy, but if anyone has already done a translation of
the character list in Xu et al. (2000)*, it'd be nice if it could be
shared through the list. I understand it consists entirely of
postcranial characters, and I am very interested to see what these
are. Unfortunately, I can't seem to copy and paste Chinese characters,
and I don't know how to input them.

Any assistance would be appreciated
