I don't think so, no.  But the African species (_V. nigeriensis_) is very 
poorly known.

I agree.  I'd even say that _Dryosaurus_ (Morrison) and _Dysalotosaurus_ are 
probably separate genera.  The number of dinosaur genera shared between the 
Morrison and Tendaguru has certainly been pared back, as certain genera are 
'de-lumped' (like _Barosaurus_, and maybe _Brachiosaurus_).  Nevertheless, the 
Morrison and Tendaguru do show many closely related taxa, even if these taxa 
aren't congeneric.
