As far as I am aware, this title went out of print quite some time ago - I
think I was still a teenager. I only found out about this magazine when it
had just gone out of print, and just managed to get a hold of a few of the
then-newest issues still on the shelves of the bookshop.
The Japanese Amazon has some but not all volumes available as 'Used & New'
from other sellers.

They're the ones with the volume numbers in parentheses.
