Tyrannosaurs hunting sauropods (was late night thoughts: misunderstand what?)

The same tyrannosaur bite that would make a nice, neat tooth-mark on a
Triceratops pelvis would reduce a typical sauropod cervical to
unidentifiable fragments.  Remember these things are made of bone
usually no more than one or two cm thick, often much thinner.  For a
