Hmmmm, "pies posteriores" would not be redundant?

If one will use "posteriores" than maybe "miembros posteriores" would
be better - but, again it will refer to limbs and not only to the
feet.

In a more accurate but less brief way: "la extremidad (inferior) de
los miembros posteriores".
