Re: A request for suggestions

Old ship named after a triassic Carnivore: Eoraptor
A faster version of a ship than "Stegosaurus" - well I don't know
whether it was faster, but Paranthodon is a great name. If you want
something with more fossil material to support it, how about
Kentrosaurus?
Small fighter ship named after a Chinese Theropod: Sinosauropteryx
leaps to mind - trying to avoid repeat "...saurus" names where
possible, not sure if you'd prefer variations on a saurus theme
though.
Cargo ship named after a late creatoceous Hadrosaur: Now we come to my
all-time favourite dinosaur Parasaurolophus so I have to nominate it
:)

Hope that helps,
Sam.

I need some suggestions for proper dinosaur genera.

I need

Some kind of older Triassic carnivore. (This would be for an old ship
that the Gorns refurbished for survey missions)

Some kind of stegosaurian with a cool-sounding name. (We already have
a stegosaurus, and this spaceship is a "faster" version of that.)

One of the newer smaller feathered chinese raptors. (for a more
recent small combat ship)

Some kind of late-cretacious lambeosaur (for a cargo version of a smaller ship)

Please feel free to Email me some ideas off list. I don't want to
clutter up the place.
