Re: T. rex as ankylosaur specialist




The _T. rex_ unguals that I've seen look typically theropodan (narrow,
pointed, bird-like, with deep lateral groove), but they have only a
*slight* curve (definately not a "recurve" seen in dromies and many
avialians).

Jeff Smith Studios sells some nice casts of adult _T. rex_ unguals at
reasonable prices.
