The way I read Articles 32.2 and 32.3, *S. haoiana* is a "correct original 
spelling" that must, according to Article 32.3, _nevertheless_ be changed to 
*S. haoianus*. Again:

"32.3. Preservation of correct original spelling. The correct original 
spelling of a name is to be preserved unaltered, except where it is 
mandatory to change the suffix or the gender ending [...]"

Yes, the terminology ("correct original spelling" that is nevertheless not 
"to be preserved") is very weird, but I can't manage to interpret it 
otherwise.

This one is an obvious _incorrect original spelling_ according to Art. 32.5. 
(Note that this article does not care about consistency in the original 
publication.)

This one (unfortunately) has to be preserved according to Art. 31.1.3. (This 
article _does_ care about consistency in the original publication because it 
references Art. 32.2.1.)
