no, it's not true.  the ONLY Chinese fossil hadrasaur eggs ever legally brought 
into the country and legally sold were done so by The Stone Company...as far as 
I know.  Sure, you can have a customs broker clear something, but if they are 
unaware of UNESCO laws, how would they know it is legal or illegal????

by the same token...customs quite often seizes items that are LEGAL because 
they don't understand the law properly.
