We know just enough to be dangerous! ;-)

I don't even read my posts from '95. Way too embarrassing. It's good
that we *don't* put out CDs of our greatest hits.

The Web-based journal _Palaeontologia Electronica_ is only an increment
more "publish-y" than us. It disseminates CDs of its Web-based issues to
libraries and other interested people. But AFAIK, _Palaeontologia
Electronica_ does not qualify as a medium for naming new taxa by the ICZN
rules.

All things considered, ICZN's rule is a good one. If the DML started
naming dinosaurs, we could do some real damage! ;-)
