  One would be forced to designate a neotype at this point, with likely
petition to the ICZN for a favorable ruling (as the original specimen is still
available). There is no room to designate a lectotype since the remaining
material that was originally referred to *M. suessi* is even less diagnostic
than the mandible, and the mandible was already designated the lectotype (two
specimens cannot be designated a lectotype, one must prevail, and it must be
included from the type series or originally referred type locality).
