Skull anatomy and new JVP

Hello all,
Thanks to those who responded to my Antarctosaurus query.
Is there a recent, detailed, and well illustrated reference for general
dinosaurian cranial anatomy?
JVP 26(2) graced my mailbox today. As far as terrible lizards go, there is a
note on a titanosauriform axis from the Lameta. Also, Kent Stevens' paper on
theropod binocular vision is a fascinating read. And for those among us who
also adore the flippered side of things, there is Yunguisaurus, the first
complete Triassic pistosauroid from China. The skull is very similar to
Augustasaurus and Cymatosaurus fredericianus.
