In this week's rabbit + crow podcast (part 6 of the "Wretched Goo of the 
Imagination" series):

"Dear Miss Manners of the Imagination,

I was recently saved from a fatal fall by a friendly prehistoric flying 
reptile. I am grateful for his kindness, but his massive fish-hook talons are 
digging into my skull. What is the proper etiquette in this situation? I want 
to avoid serious brain injury, yet I don't want to hurt the leathery guy's 
feelings.
