"Senjitsu" is Japanese, not Chinese. I imagine there's a Japanese corporation 
known to Babelfish and written with the same characters as the Chinese place 
name. Any suggestions about what these characters are?

Or just send me the pdf. The place name ought to be preceded by "China" and 
"Hebei", and I can read that much. Then I'd slough through
