But is there any evidence of turtle, lizzard and crocs diversity drop
during KT-extinction?
Sure. Among the turtles the protostegids died out. Among the lizards, the
polyglyphanodontids went extinct, and I'm not aware of 3 m long
helodermatids like *Estesia* or *Palaeosaniwa* from the Cenozoic. Among the
crocs, the baurusuchids and goniopholidids seemingly bit the dust.
