In addition to the sources Mike Taylor provided you, the May, 2005 issue
of _Natural History_ magazine has a recommended dinosaur book reading
list. If you're lucky, it might still be on your newsstand.
You also might want to consider investing in a copy of _The
Dinosauria-2_. Although the book is aimed at an adult audience, I know
of a couple pre-teens (one 8 and another 9) who own copies (and they use
their copies a lot).
