Allosaur baby faces

The abstract states: 'The snout experienced considerable positive allometry
.... during early development.'

Can somebody explain what this means in terms of visible changes?
Also, does anyone know why this specimen is assigned to Allosaurs? I thought
all previous remains from this region had been re-assigned to
Lourinhanosaurus?
Finally, anybody got a PDF?
