You can save some time by cutting and pasting the text at:

Babelfish isn't fool-proof (you'll probably have to edit the output
some), but it will cut your deciphering time down a little.  The
algorithm ignores technical words and simply copies them into the output
verbatim, but you will understand most of those words anyway.
