AFA bone ornamentation goes, yes. Their skull bones tend to be relateively non-bumpy. But living coelurosaurs seem to go freaky in the head region, nonetheless.
Yep, I meant bone ornamentation. I would add that at least one non-avian maniraptoran appears to exhibit elongated feathers on the head.
If I may ask, which one is that?
