I'm pleased to announce publication of the latest book in the Indiana
University Press paleo series, Life of the Past:

This book emphasizes fossil vertebrates, but includes all aspects of
Cretaceous seaway paleontology and paleoecology.  There are lots of
photos of lovely fossils, and a color insert with beautiful paintings by
Dan Varner.  Mosasaur enthusiasts will like this one!
