about "walking with giants"

Hello dear list members
I know this is a bit off-topic (though the end of the film mentions dinos),
but I saw it on French TV and there are several questions that remain
without answers for me. Sorry also if this has alreday been discussed onlist
before.
To start with:
- what evidence of predation is there between the giant scorpios and
*Cephalaspis*?
- what evidence is there that *C.* behaved like modern salmons (river to
ocean and back to river for mating)?
- what evidence that this giant spider already could make a web?
- what evidence that a female *Dimetrodon* had to starve for 7 months while
waiting for the hatching? And while we're at it, they show herding
*Edpahosaurus* but no herding *D.*. I thought intelligent carnivores also
united for hunting. And this tree-climbing young *D.* is something quite
weird.
- also this giant predatory fish (*Ineria*?) shown bursting out of the water
onto the sand beach like modern orcas.
There are a few other details, but not as strinking for me. Overall, the CGI
are improving a lot. Some views are awesome. Some (most) are superb, quite
like a NatGeo real life film.
This is not like Kong's story where ALL is fictious. This program is
supposed to relate (in a certain way) what has happened (or could have
happened, but supposedly on reasonably interpreted facts). I remember the
150 tons *Liopleurodon* in WWD, but I thought it was a "normal" exageration.
Are there some facts (ancient or modern-inspired) behind the scenes?
