Sorry to bring this in a week after but...

Just saw Kong. Walked out after two hours. 

I honestly don't understand how anyone could like this
movie. I say that not to insult anyone who did. I just
don't understand. For me, the CGI was mostly horrid
and obvious. Is that not a problem for others? the
dialogue was horrid. The story was lost within one
more battle with things that were not there. 

I can only suspend disbeilif so long.

But let's be honest what is important is the
dinosaurs. I didn't mind the design at all.
Interesting idea to have them evolved. Now filmmaking
101...

Show Kong be afraid of the V Rex. He's avoided them,
and wisely, for his whole life. But then when his
trophey wife is in trouble and he fights them. This
would raise the stakes 100 fold.

As for the science of dino, it was ignored. Tough for
me to do but I could some. Cept I know that a t-rex
would look to survive rather than eat a size four
hominid. 

Why didn't the meat eaters stop and eat all the dead
bronts? Are local hominids delectible? Kill on sight
Dangerous?
