Thanks Jay.  I had overlooked that one too.  However, as the descripton of 
_Penelopognathus_ came out in August 2005 as a *preliminary* online 
publication, I'm not certain if it passes muster under ICZN rules.  The fact 
that Comptes Rendus Palevol gives the description as *preliminary* gives me 
pause; this may make the circumstances for the genus _Penelopognathus_ 
different to _Karongasaurus_.  In other words, I don't know what the journal 
means by *preliminary*, and if it's compatible with having a permanent 
physical repository (as required by the ICZN).
