I don't know. I don't hear a big groundswell of support for emending _Sinornithosaurus millenii_ to _S. millennii_ or _S. millenni_, even though this is (a) an obvious misspelling and (b) a borderline proper name, since the animal is named after *the* (transition between the second and third) millennium.
