pot bellied psittacosaurs?

Does anyone know whether the psittacosaur specimen at
this site is like (or is) the one mentioned in the
last Feduccia and Lingham-Soliar paper? I haven't seen
any of their specimen and I just ran across this one
by pure accident.

 It shows something preserved within the ribs, and
some areas kind of look fibrous in nature too.  Looks
to be a preserved gut area or deposit of some sort?? 
I don?t really know enough about the other psitt.
specimens to make much of a guess.
