Last i heard, the Carnosauria was a still a natural group including 
Allosauroidea and forms like
Monolophosaurus, Fukuiraptor etc. Also the Allosauroidea is also natural, 
comparising
Sinraptoridae, Carcharodontosauridae & Allosauridae.
