Well, it's in the eye of the parents, AND other adults, whatever the
species. Consider puppies, they can do things that are forgiven or
overlooked by other adults, but such behavior in adult would be
"corrected". The juvenile/infantile appearance trigger a response in
adults. Puberty marks the division where this all changes.
