Definitely NOT a dromaeosaurid! However, it is not at all certain if it is a 
carcharodontosaurid, a more basal carnosaur, or even a
spinosauroid! There is plenty of new material coming out, not all of it 
published yet.

And, in any case, the big claw is a hand claw.
