That one is from the _Late_ Cretaceous.

*Dilong* was probably found last year, if not earlier. The paper was
submitted for publication on May 18th, and preparation of the 4 specimens -- 
the feathered one of which, which may represent another species, is from the
upper part of the Yixian Fm -- must have taken some time, to put it mildly.
