Continental Drift in the Mesozoic

Once more I come begging for references.  Many thanks once more to
everyone who's helped me out recently.  Now I would like to find the
paper or papers that summarise the current state of thinking about
continental drift during the Mesozoic, i.e. what land-masses were
joined to what others when?
