Middleton's thesis

So I just got a PDF copy of Middleton's 2003 thesis, and seeing as how its
not terribly easy to get ahold of, im happy to share...IF...you can help me
with
copies of papers I have yet to read or need my own PDF copies of and are too
lazy to get on my own, including:

Zhou, Z. & Zhang, F. 2003. Jeholornis compared to Archaeopteryx, with a new
understanding of the earliest avian evolution: Naturwissenschaften 90: 220-225.

Christiansen, P. & Bonde, N. 2002, Limb proportions and avian terrestrial
locomotion: Journal of Ornithology 143: 356-371.

Xu, X.. et al. 2001. A new therizinosaur from the Lower Jurassic Lower Lufeng
Formation of Yunnan, China. Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology 21: 477-483.

Galis, F. 2001. Digit homology of birds and dinosaurs: accommodating the
cladogram, response to Feduccia. Trends in Ecology and Evolution 16: 286.

McGowan, C. 1984. Evolutionary relationships of ratites and carinates:
evidence from onteology of the tarsus. Nature 307: 733-735.

McGowan, C. 1985. Homologies of the avian tarsus. Nature 315: 160.

Any of them? All of them? Some of them? Just a note too: the thesis is not a
tiny file (7 megs zipped), so, be aware. Oh, and if you want it but dont have
any of the above, just ask and i'll send it ;)
