Thescelosaurus question

I've been looking around the web, and also within the DML archives, in an 
effort to find a clear answer as to what the concensus is for Thescelosaurus to 
have had scutes/osteoderms. Some say yes, others say no, and others don't know 
for certain (probable crocodilian, no other hypsilophodont has been found with 
them so it doesn't have them either by default, etc). So, before I finish this 
little reconstruction I've been doing, I wanted to run it by the list.
