Actually, I was referring to reconstructions, rather the life
restorations. Mine skeleton comprises of a whole tibia, partial fibular
fragments, and a referred phalanx. Dann's reconstruction comes from
reference in the literature to favorable comparisons to either
*Microvenator* or *Avimimus,* now both considered oviraptorosaurs in one
way or another. However, *Kakuru* itself lacks any apparent apomorphies
linking it exclusively to oviraptorosaurs (it lacks the tell-tales in the
tibiotarsus as in the cnemial crest shape or the astragalocalcaneum
complex, which are usually considered diagnostic). It would be an
"oviraptorosaur" only because of its similarity to other taxa.

Little steps are often the hardest to take. We are too used to making leaps
in the face of adversity, that a simple skip is so hard to do. We should all
learn to walk soft, walk small, see the world around us rather than zoom by it.
