question about "e-mail account disabling warning"

I have an e-mail from rowe@psych.ucsb.edu with an attachment; subject line
reads "e-mail account disabling warning".     Properties says it comes from
dinosaur@usc.edu.

It looks like a common virus.   But before I delete it, I just want to
check.

By the way, if it is a virus, rowe@ psych..... may not be whose computer
sent it.
