Hi Mark.  As it happens, my copy of Maier's book arrived this very
morning, and the first thing I did was look up Janensch 1918 in the
bibliography.  As with the Glut and dinodata.net bibliographies,
there's a Janensch-gap between 1914 and 1920.  I'd be interested to
know what the correct reference for this is, but I guess I'll find it
myself as I make my way through the book.
